In this page, we present some demos on morphological multiscale analysis.
We focus our attention in the curve
evolution associated to the morphological multiscale analysis. To illustrate
this, we present in the next figure a synthetic
image composed of several objects with very different geometry
In the left we present an original image. In the middle, we present
the distance function to the
boundaries of the objects. In the right, we present the curves which
represent the boundaries
of the objects, which are in fact the boundaries of a level set.
We will use different multiscale analysis models to perform the curve
evolution. Below you find the models that
we use. If you click on
one of the models, you will see a movie which illustrate the curve evolution
associated to
corresponding model.
